Network Republic offers up to 1 year standard warranty on all new, certified and refurbished equipment !

Because we believe in the products we sell, wether new, certified or refurbished, we are confident to extend up to one year replacement warranty on all products that leave our docks. Normal factory warranties will only cover new retail products up to 90 days, Network Republic will cover it up to one year.

What can you expect

• Every piece of hardware sold by Network Republic is 
  cover by a one year replacement contract.
• Most replacements are realized within 72 hours, depending
  on product availability. For NBD replacement please 
  check NR's maintenance contracts
• Network Republic will offer support by phone on a
  8x5 service to help you solve any issues. If you require 
  24x7 phone support, please check our maintenance contracts

For equipment that falls outside the warranty period we offer an extensive trouble shooting and repair service. Please check with your account manager for more info.

One year warranty is only available to our end-user customers, brokers and wholesale customer need to check T&C's for warranty conditions.
